December, the month we all were waiting for. A true rollercoaster, we had everything from semester finals to final days of the semester itself! Class parties, school wide chapels, and the rest of the works.

The excitement and nervousness at the opportunities of the New Year (and new semester) seems now to be ever-present (or at least when one isn’t spending time with family). The Senior class enters their final semester, and the Freshman class have just finished their first.

‘Tis the season for new beginnings, as our Savior proved to us upon His birth. ‘Tis the season for remembrance, as, despite possible problems that will arise against us, we must remember where our help comes from. We must remember that our strength comes from the Rock, our Firm Foundation.

I pray that we will all remain strong in our faith in the coming years, because, as a certain teacher would say, Jesus is coming very, very soon. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and everything in between (including but not limited to Hanukkah :) God bless.
